- General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of counseling services provided by the sole proprietorship Colors of Grief, owner Aleksandra Fabrio, Za gumno 7, 51219 Čavle, (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).By using the website and/or booking an appointment, the user confirms that they are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
- Description of Services
The Service Provider offers online counseling sessions for individuals experiencing grief and loss.Counseling services are supportive, informative, and reflective in nature.
- Limitation of Liability
The user acknowledges that counseling does not include diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention.In cases involving severe psychological difficulties, suicidal thoughts, or urgent mental health concerns, users are advised to contact appropriate healthcare institutions or emergency services.
The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by users based on counseling sessions.
- Method of Service Delivery
Counseling sessions are conducted exclusively online through an agreed platform (video call or telephone) at a scheduled time.The standard duration of one counseling session is 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
- Booking and Cancellation of Appointments
Appointments are scheduled by submitting a completed questionnaire via e-mail or another agreed communication channel.Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
In the event of late cancellation or failure to attend, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge 50% of the session fee.
- Prices and Payment
Prices are clearly stated on the website or communicated to the user before booking.Payment is made to: HR5823400093211824676 in Privredna banka Zagreb.
The business is not subject to the VAT system pursuant to Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act.
- Confidentiality
All information shared during counseling sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.Online sessions are not recorded, unless the user has provided explicit written consent.
- Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website.These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court according to the registered office of the business shall have jurisdiction.
